A recent study highlights up to 100 times more plastic - nanoplastics less than 1/70 the diameter of a human hair—lurking in our bottled water than previously estimated (study).
These tiny particles could disrupt our hormones and pose significant health risks.
To safeguard our health and longevity, it's time to consider alternatives. Avoid heating plastics in a microwave or putting them in your dishwasher.
